Abuse, neglect, homelessness… these are all types of trauma that will have lasting, devastating effects on a person, especially a young adult. Nobody asks to be abused and neglected, yet many youths in our community are nonetheless survivors of such hardships. Why is it fair that they also often have to struggle to readjust to a stable life alone, as well?

For this community cause cycle, The Luczkowski Agency is supporting Next Step, a Family & Community Services, Inc program. Next Step’s mission is to help young adults who have survived abuse, neglect, and homelessness transition into stabilized independence in our community. This community-based program will empower these youth towards self-sufficiency through housing, education, employment, transportation, and health care assistance.

We want to do everything in our power to help Next Step assist our healing youth. For this reason, every time you refer a friend, family member, or co-worker to our agency for a no-obligation quote, we will donate $20 to this wonderful organization in your name.

Next Step is also always looking for donations of groceries, gas gift cards, paper products, and toiletry items.
