I grew up in Newbury, OH! I have been fortunate enough to be surrounded by Insurance my entire life. My passion lies in being creative and helping others reach their creative potential. From creating graphics to websites and updating Linkedin profiles, I love to learn how to incorporate new things.

Outside of work I love to make candles, I enjoy coffee and going for runs! You can also probably find me shopping on weekends.  A fun fact about me is that I make a mean Vodka Soda!

A non-profit that I am passionate about raising awareness about is Zelie’s House. It is an organization that empowers pregnant and parenting women to take positive and effective action on behalf of themselves and their children by providing physical, emotional, spiritual, and professional support.

I grew up in Newbury, OH! I graduated from John Carroll University in 2021 with majors in Biology and Spanish! I feel as though I was born into the Insurance industry because my Mom is the Agency Principal. What excites me most about my work is that I can help with the agency’s involvement in our community. Outside of work; I am an avid reader and read at least 1 book per week. I also love to try new recipes with my family and friends!

On weekends; I am typically with family & friends when my work/studies are caught up. Road trips if an option as well. I volunteer with many activities as part of the agency as well as JCU. The most notable are Women’s Safe, Zelie’s Home, Feed the Homeless. There have been others over the years but our agency has been putting in putting more emphasis on the 3 mentioned.

I grew up in Novelty, OH. I am a graduate of West G HS. I am a horticulturist most days and maintenance on the weekends as needed for Luczkowski Agency!

I’ve learned all things insurance by osmosis as Barb is my spouse of 20+ yrs! I am always glad to make any contribution I can because as you know, happy wife, happy life! When I’m not working you can catch me scuba diving, vacationing, playing volley ball with family and friends or just relaxing.  A fun fact about me is that I dove with Jean-Michel Cousteau in Figi!

I’m Karen Martinkowski, and I have been proud to serve as a Medicare Specialist with Luczkowski Agency for over 10 years. I was born and raised in Willoughby, Ohio, and I earned my BA degree from Kent State University, followed by my Master’s and PhD from the University of Maryland.

I specialize in helping clients navigate Medicare options, making the process clear and approachable so they can make confident decisions about their coverage. Guiding people through their choices and ensuring they have the right plan for their needs is the part of my work I enjoy most.

When I’m not assisting clients, I love spending time in my garden and listening to local bands. I find that both hobbies give me a chance to relax, recharge, and enjoy the community I’ve called home for so many years.

I’m Christina Zaccarine, Executive Assistant at The Luczkowski Agency TWFG, proudly serving clients in Chesterland, Ohio and the surrounding communities. Born in Cleveland Heights and raised in Chesterland, I’m deeply connected to the area I serve. I’m a graduate of Gilmour Academy and hold a Bachelor of Arts from Ohio Wesleyan University.

With over 13 years of experience in the insurance industry, I bring a strong background in underwriting, human resources, and customer service. While I don’t directly sell insurance, I play a key role in supporting our team and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients across a range of insurance needs, including auto, home, and commercial coverage. I thrive in fast-paced environments where multitasking and organization are essential, and I take pride in helping both clients and colleagues navigate processes with ease and confidence.

What excites me most about my role is turning complex or challenging situations into simple, manageable solutions. I’m passionate about helping families and individuals feel supported, informed, and cared for every step of the way.

Outside of the office, I’m actively involved in my local church parish and am committed to giving back through charitable contributions and long-term support of organizations like the Christian Children’s Fund, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, and the Wounded Warrior Project. I also have a lifelong love of theater, having performed throughout school and college—an experience that earned me a scholarship to Ohio Wesleyan and even led to professional opportunities. Hi, I’m Marney Gorman, and I’m the Office Manager at Luczkowski Insurance. I recently joined the agency, bringing with me 15 years of experience in the insurance industry. I live right next door in Willoughby Hills with my two children, Lucy and Quinn, when they’re not away at school. I enjoy traveling, biking, hiking, and spending time with friends and family.

I grew up in Euclid, Ohio, but have resided in Chesterland for the last 20+ years with my husband. I have 14 years of experience in the medical insurance industry, with customer service being my #1 priority.

If I can make transitioning an easier process for clients, then my job has been successful. Helping my clients is the best part of coming to work every day!

I enjoy traveling as much as I can. I have a bucket list of places to visit still. I have traveled by planes, trains, and automobiles… plus a few cruises. I also enjoy baking in my spare time, as I spent my younger years as a cake decorator.

When not working, I love spending time with my granddaughter, Annabelle, and with family and friends. Summer brings many pool parties and BBQs.

I recently joined Luczkowski Insurance, bringing experience in medical sales and a strong dedication to community service. I live in Shaker Heights with my husband, Jeff, and we’ve been married for 25 years. We’re proud parents to our two children, Eleanor and Towner.

In my free time, I enjoy cooking, entertaining, traveling, and spending time with loved ones. I’m committed to providing exceptional customer service and making sure every client feels valued. I’ve also been a member of The Junior League of Cleveland for 25 years, where I’ve built lasting friendships and strengthened my passion for giving back.

My name is Ashlyn Naglich, and I am a Customer Service Representative at Luczkowski Insurance Agency, proudly serving clients in Chesterland, Chagrin Falls, and surrounding Northeast Ohio communities. I was born in Munson, Ohio, spent my early childhood in Painesville, and have called Chesterland, Ohio home since first grade. I graduated from West Geauga, and living close to work allows me to stay connected to my family, friends, and the community I know so well.

This is my first role in the insurance industry, and I am excited to be learning the fundamentals of insurance while building a strong foundation in customer service within an office environment. I have always worked in customer-facing roles, and helping people has consistently been my favorite part of every job I’ve had.

What I enjoy most about my work is being part of a team that is kind, respectful, and supportive. I love learning new things, taking on challenges, and doing my best to grow in my role every day. I have worked in the Chesterland area since I was about 14 years old and currently also work in Chagrin Falls, which has helped me build strong connections throughout the local community.

Outside of work, I value spending time with my sisters whenever we can get together, whether that means ice skating, bowling, or going out to dinner. I also take weekly piano lessons, which I really enjoy, and while it’s mostly just for me, I also love to sing in my free time.
